Current Chart | Past ChartsSeptember 22, 1999 - September 13, 2000Here's my chart from the first day of Weight Watchers through the first year. I was doing pretty well until March of 2000 when I bought my first house. It started going downhill from there. The next few months brought a family death and two trips out of town. With all of that I still pretended that I was following the plan and didn't gain too much weight. That is how I was for nearly a year until the summer of 2001...
September 13, 2000 - July 11, 2001Here's the chart for my horrible year. I started skipping meetings and eventually just stopped pretending that I was following the program. Once that happened it was all she wrote and the weight just started flying back on because I wasn't willing to eat healthy. I just wanted to eat like there was no tomorrow...especially after 9/11. I was back to dealing with my pain through food. As a result I ended up hitting a high of only 4# less than my original high weight in September of 1999. What a pity that I didn't take all I had learned and fight through the pain another way. L
November 08, 2001 - October 31, 2002When I'm on track, I'm really on track. This chart shows the year when I was following plan and managed to lose quite a bit. I hit my 50 pound mark (279.4 - 228.8 = 50.6) and then promptly went off track and ended up in November of 2003 weighing 263 pounds. I'm just lucky that I didn't gain it all back! If you look at my last target date, you'll see it says that I'd be at goal by February of '04 if I had kept losing at the average of just .08 pounds a week. That's just 4 months from when I write this. Instead I am still looking at 110 pounds to shed before goal. L
