I started skipping meetings and eventually just stopped pretending that I was following the program. Once that happened it was all she wrote and the weight just started flying back on because I wasn't willing to eat healthy. I just wanted to eat like there was no tomorrow...especially after 9/11. I was back to dealing with my pain through food. As a result I ended up hitting a high of only 4# less than my original high weight in September of 1999. What a pity that I didn't take all I had learned and fight through the pain another way. L
